Opening Times

Our operating hours are 9am until 5pm Monday through to Saturday. Costume hire department is open between 9.30am - 4pm. Sundays seasonal (normally 11am - 2pm).Our cut off time on orders to be dispatched next day delivery is 12pm, however we always attempt to complete orders placed beyond this cut off.

We recommend the use of email as it is quick, efficient, and lets you and us keep a record of previous correspondence. We aim to reply within 8 hours however on busy days this might not be possible.
